Summer Supper
Continuing the wonderful wedding festivities, Sarah's family hosted a lovely summer supper in honor of her and Hunt Friday night. One of my favorite parts about weddings is all the fun friends coming together that you don't always get to see.

Friday through Sunday
As I get older, I learn the purpose of working is really just a means to enjoy your time off, including weekends. As I grow in my career, I have to remind myself I work to live, not live to work.
Friday Khaner and I had a fabulous date at Sushi Blues - I had completely forgotten about their BOGO deals nightly till a friend mentioned it recently.
We highly recommend the New York New York and the Wolfpack Rolls!
Sunday we had an incredible couple's massage at the Umstead Spa - highly recommend it if you haven't been - their entire spa was just renovated in July.
Hope you all had a restful and relaxing time away from your work :)

Patio Happy Hour
Sarah's Festivities
I am lucky enough to be a part of one of my best friend's weddings, which is swiftly approaching! On September 7 she will be a Mrs!
In preparation for the day, lots of her sweet family and friends have hosted parties and showers for the couple.
One of my favorite celebrations we've had was in Wrightsville Beach, our old stomping grounds back in college :)
The Maid of Honor had a blow up head of the bride printed and cut out - we took this thing everywhere, including some of the nicer restaurants near the island.

Yes, this is the head we took everywhere with us. "Big Sarah" sat in the bushes while we ate dinner. |
